Privacy policy

LiqAlpha Ltd. is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact privacy@liqalpha.com for anything about this policy.

• Account details: name, email, password (stored as a hash), country.
• Verification: identity document images, a liveness selfie, date of birth, and the result of the check.
• Payment: the order, amount, method and the reference our payment provider gives us. Card numbers never reach us; UPI and card details stay with the provider.
• Payout details: a wallet address, bank account or UPI ID you give us.
• Trading: the trades, balance and equity of your evaluation and funded accounts, which we need to apply the rules.
• Support: messages you send us and notes our team keeps about your case.
• Technical: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the cookies described below.

• To run your account, deliver logins, apply the trading rules and pay out profits.
• To verify identity and prevent fraud, account sharing and abuse.
• To answer support requests and handle complaints.
• To measure and improve the site.
• To meet legal, accounting and anti-fraud obligations.

Service providers who act for us: identity verification, the trading platform and broker behind your accounts, payment providers (Dodo Payments for card and UPI, NOWPayments for crypto), hosting and database providers, and email delivery. Authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Account and trading records for as long as your account is open and afterwards for as long as legal, accounting and fraud-prevention duties require. Support messages for as long as needed to handle the request. Verification images for the period our verification obligations require, then deleted.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to a use of it, by emailing privacy@liqalpha.com. We answer within 30 days. Some records must be kept where the law requires.

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We set the following:

• vx_session (strictly necessary): keeps you signed in to your dashboard for 30 days. HTTP-only.
• vx_admin (strictly necessary): keeps a LiqAlpha team member signed in to the admin panel for 12 hours. HTTP-only.
• theme (preference): remembers light or dark mode. Stored in your browser, not sent to us.
• Payment pages: when you pay, Dodo Payments or NOWPayments set their own cookies on their own domains under their own policies.
• Advertising and analytics: we do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site today. If we add them, this section will name each cookie, its purpose and its lifetime before it goes live.

Passwords are hashed, sessions are random tokens stored only as hashes, admin access is logged, and data travels over encrypted connections. No online system is completely secure, so tell us at once if you suspect a problem with your account.

Our providers may process data in other countries. Where they do, we rely on contractual protections and take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

The service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger and we delete it when we learn of it.

We may update this policy. The version on this page applies from the date at the top.
